STOURPORT Swifts slumped to their third defeat in four games last night as they were swept aside 4-1 by rampant Cinderford.
Want-away striker Richard Ball bagged a second half penalty for Swifts but this could not stop the Forest of Dean side from taking all three points in this Dr Martens Western Division clash.
Kevin Slack struck twice in a minute before the break to give the visitors the best of starts.
Jason Donovan twice sliced open the home defence with passes with Slack doing the rest to fire home on 34 and 35 minutes.
The two-goal hero then turned provider for Will Steadman to power home with a fierce volley two minutes into the second half.
Ball, linked with a move to Solihull, drove a spot kick into the bottom corner following a handball on 72 minutes but Donovan restored the visitors' three-goal cushion on 76 minutes following good work by Simon Truman and Darryl Addis.
