MARK Owen and John Snape will be among a clutch of first team players appearing for Worcester City reserves against Highgate United at St George's Lane tomorrow (2.45).

With City not having a first-team game tomorrow, the duo are in need of match action having not started for the first team since the 2-1 defeat to Tiverton Town four weeks ago.

Also included in the Midland Combination clash are 'keeper Shaun Hayes, Dan Parker, Barry Woolley, Liam McDonald, Pat Lyons, David Foy, Adam Wilde and trialists Craig Woodley and Andrew Reynolds, son of former Kidderminster Harriers chairman Dave Reynolds.

Woodley played in the Conference for Nuneaton last year while Reynolds has been on the books at Cheltenham Town.

Other first-teamers may figure in Monday's home clash with Bromsgrove Rovers.

A minute's silence will be held tomorrow in memory of Keith Smith, who died earlier this week. He spent five years as assistant manager of City's reserves and was also connected with clubs such as Worcester Athletico and Droitwich Spa.

Nationwide Conference leaders Hereford United make the first of two Sky-televised appearances from Edgar Street on Monday when they entertain Dagenham & Redbridge (7.45). The Bulls also play Exeter City on Boxing Day.
