The business designs and manufactures automatic weighing and powder-filling machines for the pre-packing of food and associated products.
A meeting of the company's creditors will take place on Tuesday (October 14), at 10.30am, at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Cornwall Court, 19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham.
No one from the business was available to comment yesterday afternoon (Thursday).
