A MALVERN man will be dressed in style high above the British Isles on Concorde's last ever flight.
Brian Bradford, of Layton Avenue, won a competition run by British Airways to be a passenger on the flight and has invited his son Colin to join him.
The pair will take to the sky for a two-hour tour of Britain on October 23 in smart clothes provided by F L Cox and Son's hirewear department.
"We're hoping no one else has thought of dressing up," he said.
"I've chosen a maroon bow tie and cummerbund and Colin's chosen blue ones, so, with our shirts on, we'll be red, white and blue which are the colours of British Airways and the national colours."
Mr Bradford added that winning the flight was a dream come true.
Having worked for the Civil Aviation Authority, he has flown on most types of planes but never on the world's fastest passenger aircraft.
He said he was considering paying £3,000 for a flight on Concorde before he heard he had won the competition.
