OPERATION Christmas Child has come round again and stacks of empty shoeboxes are waiting to be filled with goodies.
The scheme, under the umbrella of Samaritan's Purse for International Relief, runs from November 5 to November 20.
Members of St Mary's Church, Tenbury Wells, regularly contribute to the shoebox collection and organiser Eileen Cooper is calling for suitable gifts, such as toiletries, soft toys, warm hats, scarves and gloves, games and art materials to help fill the boxes.
She is keen to hear from people willing to help the good cause and can be contacted on 01584 890775.
