A WORCESTER man appeared in court for the second time yesterday charged with abduction, sex with a minor and helping a girl to attempt suicide.
Andrew Taylor, from Fleet Row, St Peter's, appeared at Worcester Crown Court accused of having unlawful sex with a 14-year-old girl who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The 37-year-old is also charged with aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the suicide of the girl. The Worcester teenager survived.
Taylor is also facing a charge of taking the girl without lawful authority or reasonable excuse and removing her from the control of her parents or guardians.
His case was adjourned until December 8 and is being remanded in custody.
