At the annual meeting, Christopher Potter was elected as new chairman.
Retiring chairman Rev Bill Elliott was thanked for his hard work over the years.
The society was founded in 1981 as a local history research group, seeking to promote the study of the history of Cleobury Mortimer and the surrounded parishes.
Members meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at Lacon Childe School, Cleobury Mortimer. New members are always welcome.
