THE form which has seen Luctonians rise to the top of the Midlands One table should continue on Saturday when they host struggling Broadstreet.

The Mortimer Park outfit have started the season in fine style with four wins out of four.

They are a point clear of Leicester Lions and their form has raised expectations that they can beat last season's effort, win the league and get promoted.

Malvern and Bromsgrove, relegated from Midlands One, have both begun in confident style and are both just two points off leaders Derby in Midlands Two West.

Malvern look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season, 23-13 at Nuneaton Old Edwardians, when they entertain Aston Old Edwardians who are just below them in the table.

Bromsgrove, fresh from a 20-8 win at Aston, could up the pressure on Derby if they beat Newbold.

Struggling Hereford, however, could be facing another relegation after four defeats from as many matches. They face Barkers Butts.

Kidderminster Carolians' awful start in Midlands Three West (North) should end when they welcome fellow strugglers Old Saltleians to Marlpool Lane, having suffered four straight defeats.

Worcester Wanderers, who have been docked four points after playing two unregistered players, are rock bottom of Midlands Four West (South) on minus two points. They welcome Marconi Coventry to Sixways looking to get back to zero.

In North Midlands One the bottom two clash when Bromyard take on Upton.
