BREDON faced their toughest test of season but went ahead after a great pass from Fred Humphries enabled Matt Kibler to hammer home.

Peopleton fought hard and levelled before a midfield battle ensued.

Colts saw some great efforts thwarted by solid defending before falling behind.

However, Bredon didn't give up and their efforts paid off when Kibler equalised with a superb strike.

BREDON'S youngest team made a great start to the season with a convincing victory.

Taylor Finnigan the scoring and further goals were added by Alex Belencowe, Stuart Perks and Lewis McMullan.

Peter Mazzonier kept a clean sheet in goal in the first half and then scored as a second half outfield player!

A FAILURE to turn pressure into goals cost the Bullets who trailed 3-0 with 15 minutes to go.

A late rally saw Craig Johns and Tom Morton net to trim the deficit and only a missed penalty denied Colts a draw.

BREDON played some lovely passing football to lead their unbeaten opponents 2-0 at half-time.

Hayley Wheeler and Lucy Spring were the scorers but Phoenix got one back midway through the half but another cool finish from Spring sealed victory.

THE Under-14s made sure of the points with a disciplined display against tough opponents.

Will Cook opened the scoring midway through the first half with a tremendous 25-yard free-kick and they were firmly in the driving seat when Dan Keating volleyed in ten minutes later.

They then contrived to squander numerous gilt-edged chances before Charlton scored a last consolation.

BANDITS had most of the first half possession and came close to opening the scoring several times.

The deadlock was broken when Ryan Harper crossed to Chris Dyson who flicked what proved to be the winner past the Tewkesbury goalkeeper.
