PROMOTED Worcestershire aim to take another step towards winning the Frizzell County Championship Division Two title when they open their match against Yorkshire at New Road tomorrow.
They look likely to be unchanged from the side which clinched promotion during their last Championship victory by 101 runs against Hampshire at the Rose Bowl.
But key all-rounder Andrew Hall will not be returning to the County this season.
He will miss the remaining matches this season as South Africa have requested that he returns home to rest and prepare for their forthcoming series in Pakistan.
The match against promotion-chasing Yorkshire will also be all-rounder Justin Kemp's last game for table-topping Worcestershire before he also returns home to South Africa.
The County will operate with just one overseas player, pace bowler Nantie Hayward, for the rest of the season, which includes a match at title rivals Northamptonshire, starting next Wednesday.
Worcs: Peters, Hick, Kadeer Ali, Smith, Solanki, Kemp, Batty, Pipe, Kabir Ali, Mason, Hayward.
