THE central reservation of Kidderminster's ring road is an absolute disgrace, especially the Constitution Hill stretch.
The shrubs have not been pruned much for years, and in between it is weed-infested, with some nearly three feet tall.
One would think the district council and the county council would come to some arrangement, whereby it could be properly maintained.
Remember when it was kept weed-free and flower tubs were on display?
Kidderminster is really a scruffy town now.
