Stratford and District Alliance
ADAM Phillips grabbed the scoring spotlight on a day of mixed fortunes for the Badsey clubs.
A hat-trick for the Alcester Cross Keys striker helped his side to a 4-1 win over Badsey Rangers but Journal Premier Division newcomers Oast House were no match for Badsey United who scored five of the eight goals on show.
Reigning champions Campden Town started the defence of their title with a 2-0 win at Stratford Spartak, while old rivals Shipston and FISSC shared six goals.
Matt Hall was another triple topper as Halfords Athletic defeated Tysoe 3-2 in Herald Division One, the same scoreline the sections other winners Blockley Sports needed to win at Bidford.
Carl and Ryan Scott netted for Littleton Reserves in their Cutler Division Two debut win over Shipston, while Henley Forest Reserves, Kenilworth Town and Red Alert all won on their travels.
The third hat-trick man of the weekend was Steve Titmus who hit three for FISSC Reserves in a 6-1 hammering of Long Compton.
