JACK Mills struck three boundaries in one over to see KVCC U-12s home to victory in the Worcestershire Board Championship.
The town defeated Worcester by four wickets after finishing second in their regional group and hammering Barnt Green in the semis.
Worcester batted first in the final and were restricted by tight bowling, sound fielding and spectacular catching.
Daniel Platt (2-8) and Roger Smith (3-21) were the pick of the bowlers as Worcester managed 98 in 20 overs.
KVCC were always ahead of the run rate but a steady fall of wickets meant the game was finely balanced.
Neil Pinner was out early on for 14 but Michael Wardle scored a solid 25.
Wardle was well supported by Richard Barker and Platt before man-of-the-match Mills stepped in to guide KVCC to victory with three overs left.
