A PEDESTRIAN, who died when he was in collision with a car near Tewkesbury, has been named.
Michael Hill, aged 42, of Rainbow Hill, Worcester, was in collision with a Vauxhall Vectra on the A38, near The Crown Pub, on Friday.
The vehicle was travelling towards Worcester from Tewkesbury. Mr Hill was taken to Cheltenham General Hospital and certified died on arrival.
Cotswold coroner, Lester Maddrell, said Mr Hill was formally identified by his father on Monday, September 8.
The cause of death was due to multiple injuries. The case has been adjourned to a date to be fixed.
