STONE'S final home match of the season ended in a 52-run friendly victory for Himbleton.
Batting first, the Himbleton openers put on 85 for the first wicket and Pete Rogers went on to make 75.
None of the Stone bowlers met with much success and the visitors finished on 267-8.
Stone began badly, losing their first three wickets for only eight runs, and they did not fully recover.
Mike Weideman made 68 to pass 1,000 runs for the season.
Nick Sontes (40 not out) and Fred Buxton (49 not out) made the score respectable.
Himbleton 267-8, Stone 215-8.
