CAN anyone help me trace a long lost painting?
My grandfather, Frank Harris, was a local artist.
In the 1950s, he painted a beautiful picture of Jesus and his disciples at the Last Supper. He then donated it to a church in Batchley.
I believe the church was in Cherry Tree Walk. When I was a small child, I can remember seeing it hanging over the door.
The church isn't there any more but the picture may well have moved with the church.
I would love to find out where it is, just to know it's still around.
