DEAR EDITOR - There is every reason to be concerned about motor car routing at the Worcestershire Hotel/Wimpey two-bedroom flat development.

Even more concerning that statistically some two hundred cars could be owned by the residents and with parking for only 100 cars on the site, another 100 vehicles perhaps looking for somewhere to be parked.

What about the Waitrose site/Lyttleton Road, Corbett Avenue or the Droitwich Hospital car park?

Are the planners for this housing development prepared to have a wager that the problem they have deliberately caused will identify itself in fairly quick time?

In the 45 years I have lived in the area things have never changed for the better, have they?
