A BRAND new production of Don Giovanni by one of Britain's foremost opera companies can be heard at the Palace Theatre on Friday.
Mid Wales Opera begin their 2003 national tour in Redditch, accompanied by the Mid Wales Opera Chamber Orchestra.
Written by Mozart shortly before his early death, Don Giovanni is a favourite among opera lovers.
This production is sung in English and two singers alternate in the title role -- Dean Robinson, following several appearances at Covent Garden, and Howard Quilla Croft, who has sung many Mid Wales Opera roles.
Tickets for the production, which begins at 7.30pm, cost £15.50 (discount rate £14.50, Reddicard £13.50) on 65203.
