Quorn FC 3
Studley 2
STUDLEY'S flying start to their Midland Alliance season was halted by table-topping Quorn.
The Bees, who had won their first five matches, battled gallantly in the final stages to snatch a draw in a thrilling encounter.
Lee Dawson gave the home side the lead just after half-time only for Studley's Mark Crisp to level on 62 minutes.
But two quickfire goals in the space of five minutes from Karl Noble put Quorn marching towards victory, despite a late strike from the in-form Earl Jordan, his fourth in the space of two games.
