Winyates rider Matt Hayter made a dream start in his first outing on the track with two class wins at Mallory Park.
The 27-year-old took part in the Roadstox meeting at the Leicestershire circuit and, after finishing fourth in class first time out, he took the 600cc class honours in the next two races.
Hayter said: "There were a lot of seasoned riders out there but I proved to be a little star in my own paddock. I even beat the championship leader in one race."
Hayter converted his road bike to take part in the meeting and is now looking ahead to his next planned outing - another Mallory Park meeting in October.
"It is all down to money but I am looking to get a bit of sponsorship so that I can compete next month," he added.
