A DAILY playgroup for Worcester opened its doors to children for the first time this week.
St Clement's Playgroup, held at St Clement's Primary School in Henwick Road, St John's, began on Monday and offers fun and play for children aged between three and four years.
"The children absolutely love it," said Maggie Goodwin, the school's headteacher.
"We have 17 children on the register but we can take up to 24 so there is still capacity."
The playgroup, which runs from 12.45pm to 3.15pm, is just one of the sessions on offer at the school.
A daily lunchtime club is run from 11.30am to 12.45pm and St Clement's Nursery has also made a return to offer morning sessions from 9am to 11.30am.
For more information about the playgroup, contact the school on 01905 423861.
