DROITWICH people who wish to meet their Labour councillors and discuss local issues can now do so at weekly surgeries.
The surgeries are being held at One Stop Shop, High Street, Droitwich and Westlands Community Hall, Farmers Way on alternate Saturdays from 10am to noon by Labour district, town and county councillors.
"It's a continuation of something we have done for many years," said Coun John Wrenn, a Labour district councillor for Droitwich.
"We run surgeries for people to bring their problems to us.
"Sometimes we can be directly involved. For instance, if it is a district matter I can solve it.
"But if it is an issue such as housing it will be passed into the housing association."
The next surgery will be held at Westlands Community Hall this Saturday.
