A MALVERN man is calling for Worcestershire clubbers to get involved in promoting the dance music scene in the area.
Alessio Lauricella, from Duke of Edinburgh Way, works on a clubbing website that will be relaunched next month.
Cardiff-based Offitsface.com has been promoting dance music from all over the country for five years and plans to focus next on Worcester and Malvern.
Mr Lauricella, 21, said: "Worcestershire does have a scene, there's places like Bamboo and so on but it's about raising people's awareness of it and getting them to contribute to the website."
He added: "We're like an online community and we want to become even bigger, with members from all over the country."
Mr Lauricella wants club owners and clubbers from the area to contribute information and reviews to the site, so that Worcestershire is put firmly on the map.
The website, which Mr Lauricella describes as being like dance music magazine Mixmag, features reviews of DJ sets, profiles of up and coming artists and promotions for new club nights.
It is one of the biggest dance sites in the UK with more than 550,000 hits and around 1,300 members.
