PLANS have been submitted for external improvements at Malvern Library.
Changes have already been completed inside the building.
Planners from Malvern Hills District Council are now being asked to approve a 600sq metre, two-storey extension to the rear of the library. This will create more room for books, internet services and exhibition space. Four disabled car parking spaces will be created along with a level entrance.
A one-stop-shop, offering a range of council services, was opened at the library in July.
