A DRUG help group is making another application to set up a needle exchange and advice centre in Malvern.
Turning Point Worcester Druglink wants to capitalise on a new Malvern Hills District Council initiative allowing charities to set up at two disused council offices in Priory Road.
The council scheme allows only charities to rent the offices on a short-term basis - the buildings are expected to be sold early next year as part of MHDC asset review.
The group needs permission from MHDC to set up at 12 Priory Road because it lies in the Conservation Area. It had another application, for a site in Church Street, rejected in June.
Turning Point Worcester Druglink declined to comment on the application.
