AN UNDER-strength Kidderminster Victoria were beaten at Barnards Green but still took the Worcestershire League Division Three title.
KVCC claimed the four points they needed to lift the championship, despite a 138-run defeat on Saturday.
Green batted first and posted a total of 267-7 with Rob Richards (81) and Judd Doughty (64) the main contributors. David Bannister (3-39) was the most successful KVCC bowler.
In reply, 15-year-old Richard Eyers was promoted to open the innings and scored 29 runs.
But two wickets fell at the other end without a run scored and KVCC did not recover, although Kevin Amos (55) batted with assurance.

Playing at home, KVCC seconds were heavily defeated by Barnards Green.
Only Ian Sadler (20) and Phil Tomlinson (19) made any considerable contribution to the score of 102 in 31 overs.
Green reached their target in 24 overs for the loss of just one wicket.
