FIREFIGHTERS were called to 11 grass fires during the Bank Holiday which are believed to have been deliberately started by children.
Kidderminster fire crews were called out to five fires at Burlish Top and six on the Rifle Range between Friday and Monday.
And sub officer Jim Richards said he believed gangs of youngsters were to blame.
"It could be the same gang or different kids but it's just a normal summer for us," he said.
Nobody was injured in any of the incidents.
