POLICE at Kidderminster are appealing for information after almost £90 worth
of cigarettes were stolen.
The theft occurred at Waitrose, Swan Centre, Kidderminster, on Friday, May 30 at about 6.10pm.
A man entered the shop and asked for 400 Benson and Hedges cigarettes and as the assistant put them on the counter, the man snatched them and ran off without paying.
He is described as a white man with a shaven head. Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Belinda Sparkes on 08457 444 888 or Crimestoppers.
