A WOMAN is awaiting sentence after pleading guilty at Worcester Crown Court to a racially aggravated assault.
Emma Blundell, 21, of York Court, Kidderminster, was remanded on bail for a report after admitting the attack on Bodrul Mustafa on August 16 last year.
Julie O'Brien, 39, of Eddy Road, Kidderminster, who was jointly charged, was cleared after prosecutor Guy Spollon offered no evidence. He told Judge Andrew Geddes that there had been contradictions in the statements of witnesses.
