INTEREST AND LEISURE CLUB: In August Bournemouth, Queen of the South, was the destination for the club outing. Members travelled there by coach.
This seaside resort was discovered by Victorian Society in the mid-19th century.
Some members even went up in a balloon for a 20 minute ride and the views were spectacular.
