STAFF and students at Ipsley CofE Middle School are celebrating a positive Ofsted report.
The report stated it was "an effective school with some very good features where pupils receive a good education".
It said the quality of teaching overall was good, with a significant amount of very good and excellent teaching.
Particular targets for improvement included the development of procedures for assessing pupils' progress and for evaluating the schools' performance.
The report concluded the school had made a good start to its life and there was a widely shared commitment to succeed and raise standards.
