BARNT Green Spartak continued their commanding start to season with a 6-2 home victory over Thimblemill.
GJ Singh's side with 4-1 and 5-1 successes in Midland Combination division one so far, got off to the perfect start when Delroy Brown tucked away Akbar Ali's cross on four minutes.
A slip from goalkeeper Pete Maguire allowed Thimblemill to level three minutes later before Zahoor Suliman slammed home a 25-yard free-kick for 2-1 after 21 minutes.
Delroy Brown made it 3-1 two minutes later, again Akbar Ali the provider but Alan Shimmon pulled a goal back for Thimblemill on 31 minutes.
Afsar Ali got the fourth on 57 minutes. He also hit the fifth and Reckey Carter the sixth.
