DARTS legend Phil 'The Power' Taylor proved a hit with regulars at a Worcester pub last night.
The 10-times world champion spent an evening at the Glovers Needle in Warndon, pitting his arrow skills against local players. Afterwards he chatted and signed autographs.
Fourteen players attempted to beat Taylor in a 701 start, double finish game.
Landlord Ted West said: "It was brilliant. Ninety per cent of the lads in the pub were darts players so they really appreciated Phil and he was a smashing bloke.
"He played about 14 players which finished at 9pm and then he stayed until 10.30 playing anyone who wanted to have a little game with him.
"Gerald Taylor was the only one who came close to beating him but Phil pipped him at the post."
