SPA residents have been given a second chance to help shape the future of Wychbold.

Townsfolk are being invited to comment on Wychavon District Council's revised local plan review now on display at the High Street's One Stop Shop.

Consultation on the first deposit plan produced last July generated around 3,000 responses and these comments have been taken into consideration.

The authority's policy manager, David Tomaney said : "The Council has taken these comments on board and changed the document to produce the Revised Deposit plan.

"We want you to have your say - remember it's important to tell us what we've got right and not just what we've got wrong."

Main changes, affecting Spa residents include housing sites involving the redevelopment of garage courts and employment allocations. New land for housing, employment and retail development will also be looked at in the plan.

The document co-ordinates policies to guide and control new development in the district and will be used by the authority when making planning application decisions.

To make your point, mark envelopes with "Local Plan Review" and send them to: Jack Hegarty, Head of Planning, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR10 1PT. Comments must be received by 5pm on Thursday, September 18
