One of the Worcestershire's largest providers of social housing has appointed a new group finance director.
Colin Small, aged 52, has taken up the role with the Malvern-based Festival Housing Group, which manages 8,000 homes in Worcestershire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas.
Mr Small, who lives in Solihull, is a qualified management accountant.
He is also a committee member for the Social Housing Pension Scheme, a director of the West Midlands Quality Centre and a board member of the Wrekin Housing Trust.
