SMALL and medium-sized firms in Worcestershire are being given a chance to gain a share of a massive export market provided by the European Laboratory for Particle Physics (CERN).
Trade Partners UK and Birmingham Chamber of Commerce is organising a specialist business visit to the Geneva-based enterprise from Monday, September 22 to Wednesday, September 24, 2003.
It is open to companies in the supply sectors of electrical engineering, mechanical structures, vacuum and low-temperature technology, electronics, computer systems and particle detectors.
It is also open to companies in the service sectors of maintenance contracts, office equipment contracts, temporary labour, and communications.
The closing date for applications is Friday August 29.
