I was intrigued to read in the Malvern Gazette (July 18) that the Malvern Hills Conservators, currently investing £1 million in the stock market, are considering investing a further £600,000. In the article Sue Thetford states "'we mustn't lose sight of the fact this is not our money".
A question can be raised here; are the Malvern Hills Conservators happily investing our constantly rising Council Tax? If not, from whence arises Malvern Hills Conservators' accumulation of so much cash?
