THE Vale played host to the Worcestershire County Ladies Centenary Foursomes Competition.
A record entry of 136 competitors took part with the County Foursomes Cups won by Pat Mayo (Vale) and Jenny Marsden (Evesham) with a nett score of 71 beating Rosie Loh and Pauline Laight (Vale) who carded a nett 73.
Best gross of 83 was won by county captain Philippa Gunn and Wendy Bill (Stourbridge).
Nearest the pin on the 3rd was won by Pat Catlin (Worcestershire) and by Rosie Loh on the 14th.
