PEOPLE will be able to receive advice on anything from door-to-door sellers to faulty goods as Worcestershire County Council's Trading Standards team visits Malvern on Friday, August 15.
The team will be holding an open surgery at the town's Community Contact Centre between 10am and 12pm, for people to turn up and get one-to-one confidential, consumer advice.
"We are very aware that for some people, travelling to our office in Worcester or telephoning our consumer advice line simply isn't enough," said Ali Cornelius, senior consumer advice officer.
"The would prefer to see someone face-to-face and that is the reason behind our visit."
