AN ELDERLY man has died after being involved in a collision with a Rolls Royce car.

The accident happened just before 9am yesterday, outside the Holy Trinity School in Birmingham Road, Kidderminster.

The man was airlifted to Selly Oak Hospital, Birmingham, suffering from head, stomach and leg injuries, but he later died.

Several roads in the area of Birmingham Road were closed to traffic following the incident but were re-opened at about 11am.

Police are appealing for witnesses to contact the road policing unit on 08457 444 888.

A motorcyclist also died following a collision involving a red and white Honda CBR1000, a white Renault Clio and an unknown third vehicle.

The collision occurred at 2.56pm yesterday on the B4090 between the Vernon Arms and the Red Lion at Bradley Green, near Hanbury, Droitwich

Police and ambulance attended the scene and the road was closed for three-and-half-hours.
