Journal readers could have the chance to mingle with the Royals at a reception at Buckingham Palace to celebrate inspiration.

Readers can nominate members of the community they feel deserve special recognition for their contributions to life in our area.

The final list compiled by the Journal will then be sent to Buckingham Palace and nominees could then be hand-picked by the Palace to be among the ten people who will attend the reception hosted by the Queen on Monday, October 13.

The Royal Family are looking for people who have changed or contributed something unique to the way we live or set new examples for others to follow.

Examples could be fundraising in the community, help for disabled groups or people who have contributed to health, education, the arts or business.

If you know somebody who deserves this special recognition, tell us.

You must give their full name, address and telephone number as well as your own name and telephone number.

Nominees must be aged 18 or over and all entries should be submitted to the Journal by next Wednesday, August 13.

All entries should be sent to: The Journal Series, Briar Close Business Park, Briar Close, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4JT or email journal@midlands.newsquest.co.uk
