EQUESTRIAN: Three talented riders and their horses will be brushing hooves with Great Britain's best at an inaugural competition.
Bewdley Bridle Club stars Helen Wilkes, Georgie Harrison and Charlotte Hurst are part of an England team of four in the horse trials competition.
The Offchurchbury course in Leamington Spa is the venue as groups from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales do battle from tomorrow until Sunday.
Team and individual dressage tests are the order of the first day followed by a stamina and endurance challenge, including the tough cross country test.
Wilkes, Harrison and Hurst, who ride Fair Deal III, Divine Intervention and Singapore Sling respectively, then tackle showjumping on the last day.
They are joined by Suzi Taylor, of Holme Valley RC, on Just Go Again.
Hurst replaced club-mate Jenny Moore who had to withdraw from the squad as her horse was ill.
