A PROGAMME of summer activities for children is under way at Tenbury library.
Decorate a Summer Light on Wednesday morning, August 20, Animal Story Time, on Saturday morning, August 30 and every Tuesday afternoon between 2.15 to 2.45 there's a free session of fairy stories throughout the summer.
Entry forms for the 50-word story writing competition on the theme of 'Freedom,' sponsored by Tenbury Writers' Group, can be picked up at the library.
The closing date for entries is September 6 and those keen to join in the National Reading Scheme 'Reading Maze', can collect passports, bookmarks and books from the Tenbury library.
