JOHN Jackson of the Countryside Alliance claims that the organisation represents decent people.

His definition of "decent" differs considerably from mine.

By "decent" does he mean people who can ride roughshod over democratically-made decisions and continue to kill anything that moves on the ground or dares to fly in the sky?

Decent people believe in abiding by the law, allowing Nature to thrive, and not exploiting every situation for their own gain.

And if foxhunters are so hard working, where do they get the time to attend demonstrations?
