A COURT case involving Hydro-Tech Environmental Services in Kidderminster has been postponed.
The case brought to West Bromwich Magistrates' Court by the Health and Safety Executive against Hydro-Tech and Queen Anne Tableware of Classic Works in Wednesbury was adjourned so the summons could be re-issued to both companies.
A date has not yet been fixed for the hearing.
