After a guided tour around Stocktonbury Gardens, near Leominster, members enjoyed a meal overlooking the Victorian-style gardens.
The two-day flower, vegetable and floral art show will be held on August 16, from noon until 5pm, and on August 17, from 11am until 4pm, at St George's Hall, Bewdley.
General entries for the show should be forwarded to Mrs E Williams, at Muskoka, Bewdley, telephone 01299 403529, while floral art entries need to go to Janet Ince, at Severnside South, Bewdley.
Offers of help of any kind for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with refreshments, manning the door, etc, will be gratefully accepted by D Aston, at 01562 751992, and Diane Chater will be pleased to collect raffle prizes. Contact Mrs Chater on 01299 402670.
