FANS of TV's Robot Wars can see the stars of the show for real at an exciting event at Redditch Town Hall next week.
Some of the heavyweight robots featured fighting it out on the show - like Tornado, Pussycat and Chaos - will be at an exhibition on Saturday, August 9 from 10am-1pm and 2-5pm.
There will also be live duels throughout the day of smaller "featherweight" robots.
The event has been organised by 16-year-old enthusiast Stuart Barnwell, of Church Hill North, and his mother Amanda Barnwell (pictured) and all proceeds will go to the charity Homes Farm Trust for terminally ill children. Tickets cost £3.50 for adults, £3 for children under 16 or £10 for a family ticket. For details, call 455855.
