THERE were celebrations at a Lodge Park school as a member of staff was congratulated for two decades of excellent service.
Brenda Pratt has been the lollipop lady at Oak Hill First School for 20 years, building up trust and friendship with staff, pupils and parents alike.
A school spokesman said: "Rain or shine, morning or afternoon, Brenda is there, helping people cross the roads safely.
"In 20 years, she has rarely had time off and we wanted to celebrate her day and thank her for everything."
