THE next village coffee morning will be on Thursday, July 31 in the Memorial Hall between 10am and noon. Everyone is very welcome, especially newcomers, coffee and biscuits cost 70p and refills are free.
A summer dance is being arranged for August 30 in the hall. More details will be available later on but there will be ever popular Glen Miller type music to dance to.
At the next Garden Club meeting on August 13 Reg Moule (a regular broadcaster on local radio and well known as a speaker) will be talking about Exotics for Conservatory and Garden, which will also include information on how to cultivate tree ferns.
A reminder - any member who has not yet returned their Parkers Bulb catalogue to Barry Sharples should please do so forthwith!
