HARRIERS new U-19s team kick-off their season with a visit to Notts County on Saturday in the Football League Alliance (11am).

Youth team coach Ian Britton will have Lee Ayres, Peter Faulds and Matt Lewis available unless they are involved in the first-team squad at Darlington.

Harriers will be testing themselves against youngsters from the likes of Peterborough, Luton, Cambridge, Walsall, Northampton, West Brom and Rushden this season.

Meanwhile, the reserves' scheduled Avon Insurance League opener at home to Scarborough on Wednesday has been postponed.

The Conference side have withdrawn from the league and Harriers' second string must now wait until Wednesday, August 29, to visit Hull City (2pm).

Kidderminster will also be fielding a

young team in the Midland Floodlit Youth League Premier Division for U-18s as in past seasons.

And a group of fans have qualified for the Worthington Fives first round stage.

They take on Leeds United on Sunday at the Powerleague Soccer Centre in Nottingham.

Pablo Requejo, Damian Ash, Chris Darby, James Clarke and Neil Evans make up the team.
